  2. PA preceptors can earn AAPA Category I CME
  3. Austin College Room Grant – awards a preceptor’s dependent living on campus as an Austin College student with $5000 towards housing cost per academic year
    • The Room Grant is a $5,000 annual grant for a student who is living on campus in either the traditional halls, Roo Suites, Flats, Bryan, or Cottages. 
    • The Room Grant is split evening between the fall and spring semesters for no more than 8 semesters.  
    • If a student becomes a Resident Assistant (RA), Head Resident, Resident Manager, or moves off campus the room grant will no longer be applied to the student’s financial aid package. 
    • Must remain an active preceptor in good standing each academic year for the room grant to be awarded
